Are your supplements 100% original?
Yes. Every product is imported and traced back to the original manufacturer. We never sell local repacks or unverified stock.
How long does delivery take?
Cairo and Giza orders usually arrive within 1–2 working days. Other governorates take 2–4 working days.
How much is shipping?
Flat 80 EGP inside Cairo and 90 EGP for the rest of Egypt.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide, plus the online payment options shown at checkout.
Can I choose a flavour?
Yes. Products with more than one flavour show the available options on the product page before you add to cart.
Can I return a product?
Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can arrange the pickup.
How do I track my order?
You get an order confirmation by email, and we message you on WhatsApp once the courier is on the way.
